To get paid you need to link your bank account with our payment partner Escrow.com.
To do this, you must follow the link in the email you receive after you've created your transaction. The email will contain a link to Escrow.com where you must first create an Escrow.com account.
Important: When signing up, you must use the same email address that the link was sent to you at.
If you sign up using a different email address, your transaction will not be linked to the Exchange app.
If you already have an Escrow.com account using your account owner email address, you can click the sign in button instead.
After you've created your account, you'll immediately be prompted to select a disbursement method. This is where you'll receive your buyer's payment at the end of the transaction.
There are three options: ACH electronic check, Domestic wire transfer, or International wire transfer. If you're outside of the US, only the International wire transfer is available. However, Exchange transactions have a lower processing rate of $10.
Once you've added your bank account details, your buyer will be notified by Escrow.com that it is time for them to send payment. You'll receive an email from Exchange once this is done with next steps.
