Exchange automatically generates a sales chart and pulls revenue data for your listing. These numbers include only verifiable sales made within the past 12 months.
The data displayed is gathered from full month periods only. Your data will automatically update at the end of each month to show the previous month's data. If your store makes any sales while it is listed on Exchange, then the information won't contribute to your listing's revenue figures until the start of the next month.
Exchange can only use verifiable sales generating the sales data for your listing. Verifiable sales are orders that Exchange is able to confirm were made through Shopify's checkout. These include sales made through the following channels: Online Store, POS, Draft Orders, Facebook, Houzz, Buy Button, Mobile App, Pinterest, Messenger, Amazon, ShopKey, Xero, and Frenzy.
If your store is using an app that has your customers leave Shopify to complete their order, the sales are not verifiable and won't be displayed in your listing.
